In the tenth anniversary of the death of Imanol, this documentary is a look at the life of a singer that went from being in all the music festivals in the late 70´s in Euskadi to leaving the country and dying alone in Orihuela in 2004.
The life of Imanol can be a reflection of the evolution of the Basque society, since the common fight against the dictatorship, to the subsequent divisions with the footprint of ETA ,present in a society that broke up, where old friends stopped greeting, and even became enemies.
That is why, this documentary is a review of the life of Imanol, but at the same time, a reflection of his period. To articulate a story with that much artist and black points, it is necessary to hear to the main figure, to persons that they were close to Imanol, but also to those ones who faced him.
